We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all copywriting packages. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the first draft within 14 days, we will revise at no cost or issue a prorated refund.
Refunds are not available after 14 days from the first deliverable. Consulting hours are non-refundable once a session has taken place. Rush delivery fees are non-refundable.
